    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4278--A Bill to amend and reenact §30-3-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to medical and podiatry corporations; declaring unlawful acts; clarifying the certificate of authorization requirements for in-state and out-of-state medical and podiatry corporations; setting forth the shareholder requirements; setting notice requirements to the Secretary of State; clarifying renewal requirements for certificate of authorization; clarifying conditions under which the medical and podiatry corporations can practice; ceasing operation requirements; clarifying court evidence; and providing criminal penalties.
